30 Day Fitness Challenge

Here is my revised version of the challenge that I plan to start. I planned on starting today, but I’m not feeling well – probably because I was up most of the night with my little one. So I will be starting this week and will post updates when I do. I’m excited for this challenge because I really want to make these changes, and I’ve been wanting to for awhile now. So I hope this helps me! Feel free to use this if you also want to do a fitness challenge. 🙂
